Request an Intern

T. Howard Foundation host partner companies are committed to increasing ethnic diversity in the multimedia and entertainment industry workforce.

Host companies play an integral role in our program by creating and providing the enriching internship experiences that our students participate in. With their support, our students are placed in a variety of departments and engage in resume building experiences that set them on a path for success in the industry.

Our Final Talent Pool of highly-qualified candidates is comprised of students of color ranging in ethnicity, geographic location, academic major and experience. T. Howard Foundation interns are bright, energetic, reliable and talented young adults, eager to learn and ready to contribute to our host companies.

With the combination of committed host companies and our outstanding students, the Foundation has experienced great success and is poised for an even brighter future.

- Since 1994, the T. Howard Foundation has placed over 600 interns in full-time paid summer internships throughout the multimedia and entertainment industry.
