Diversity Advancement Program
The T. Howard Foundation Diversity Advancement Program (DAP) assists partner companies in their efforts to attract, identify and secure the best diverse talent for their full-time hiring needs.
DAP takes a comprehensive approach to diversity recruitment, conducting a thorough analysis of our highly-talented candidates to best align them with our partnersâ€™ positions, teams and/or departments.
DAP connects media companies with more than 500 diverse job candidates from the Foundation's talent pool with experience in, but not limited to, the following areas: Advertising, Affiliate Sales, Creative, Data/Digital Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Journalism, Marketing, Operations, Production, Programming, Public Relations, and Technology.
Individual & Multiple
Partners post jobs on the THF exclusive (internal) Job Board, gaining access to 500+ diverse THF candidates across the U.S. for their full-time hiring needs (entry- to executive-level, across multiple disciplines).
High Visibility Postings
THF conducts a proactive marketing and recruitment campaign for each posting, across all THF platforms, including recruitment of active and passive candidates. All candidates are pre-screened and confirmed to meet the Partnerâ€™s need(s) prior to submission.

Live & Pre-recorded
Partners have the opportunity share information about their company, increase visibility for key hiring needs to large diverse group of potential candidates, and interact with webinar attendees.
Meet & Greet Events
-- Events designed allow our Partners to meet and identify members of the THF talent pool, in various cities, for their existing and/or upcoming hiring needs.
-- Targeted recruitment by THF for specific candidates can be conducted and on-site interview space can be made available.
