Diversity Advancement Program

The T. Howard Foundation Diversity Advancement Program (DAP) assists partner companies in their efforts to attract, identify and secure the best diverse talent for their full-time hiring needs.

DAP takes a comprehensive approach to recruiting diverse and underrepresented groups and underserved communities and conducting a thorough analysis of our highly-talented applicants to best align them with our partners’ positions, teams and/or departments.

DAP connects media and entertainment companies with more than 500 diverse job candidates from THF's talent pool with experience in, but not limited to, the following areas: Advertising, Affiliate Sales, Creative, Data/Digital Analytics, Finance, Human Resources, Journalism, Marketing, Operations, Production, Programming, Public Relations, and Technology.
